WHAT OUR CANDIDATES SAY

I really enjoyed the process which was very simple, clean but most importantly to me, it had a caring human touch. I remember being so surprised to receive a call from Level= to wish me good luck before my final interview.

VINCENT PERICARD

NED FOR FINANCE AND GOVERNANCE, UK DEAF SPORT

The process was my first experience of a blind application, and I was impressed at the due diligence that was taken to keep it fair and unbiased.

I would like to see this process used more widely. I have spent many years applying for roles in sport and I've never been able to get my foot in the door, and I think it's because I send in my CV that says I have no professional experience in sport.

Caspar Jayasekera
Business Communications Executive

I felt through the questions, I could really showcase myself rather than a piece of paper. It's been a really positive process for me to go through.

Brendan Tonks
Chief Executive Officer, CP Sport

When I saw Brentford FC was working for a recruitment company that values diversity and equality, there was a bit of reassurance there for me.

Nikita Rathod
Business Communication Manager,
Brentford Football Club

I really admired the approach, as it took bias out of the process and made it anonymised. It was quite a novel way of doing it that was attractive to me.

Rebecca Howard
Partnerships Development Manager
Premiership Rugby

As a women returner going through the process, I feel the bias has been taken away from being out of the workplace in recent years. But my skills and work experience are still shown in my work sample answers at the anonymised review stage.
