Brentford FC

Thank you for your support in the process – I enjoyed working my way through it too and it has certainly broadened my horizons in terms of some of the benefits in the approach. We were very pleased!

GREIG MAILER

CORPORATE AFFAIRS DIRECTOR

Brentford Football Club firmly believe that a diverse workforce is a better workforce, which will help them develop ideas, solve problems and ultimately grow the organisation. They were seeking an ambitious individual to deliver the Club’s communication plan, providing PR and media support whilst promoting and protecting the reputation of the Club off the field.

By using our targeted outreach, we were able to engage with individuals outside of football and sport, but with demonstrable experience and understanding of industry issues.

Through a combination of mainstream advertising and extensive outreach into diverse networks and community groups, we were able to attract ethnicity and gender diversity, and representation from different age categories into the talent pipeline.
