A passion for keeping fit and healthy led to a successful career in leisure, initially as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, before progressing to manage both privately owned health clubs and within Britain’s largest gym chain. Liam also previously worked as an Area Manager at WW, leading a diverse team of 65 Coaches to support members to create healthy habits and improve their wellness.
