Commonwealth Games England is looking for a Business Support Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to join their London-based team. You will provide essential support to the organisation's senior leaders. This role is perfect if you are organised, proactive and passionate about sport.

Business Support Coordinator Role Purpose
As the Business Support Coordinator, you will be central to the organisation's operations. You will support the CEO, COO, and Chair, ensuring a smooth-running office. Your work will directly contribute to an exceptional environment for Team England. You will manage key administrative, governance, and office management duties.

Business Support Coordinator Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide proactive support to the CEO, COO, and Chair.
  • Organise and support Board and Committee meetings.
  • Take accurate minutes for Board and key committee meetings.
  • Lead the on-boarding for new Board and Committee members.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the London office.
  • Oversee relationships with office suppliers and third parties.
  • Administer employee benefits and support staff on-boarding.
  • Maintain internal policy and compliance registers.
  • Support the organisation on administrative tasks across Finance, IT and HR.

Business Support Coordinator Requirements
  • Skilled in managing suppliers and other third parties.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A 'can do' attitude and a solution-focused approach.
  • A passion for sport is desirable.
